Traits, which can be defined as habitual patterns of behavior, thought, and emotion. According to this perspective, traits are relatively stable over time, differ across individuals (e.g. some people are outgoing whereas others are shy), and influence behavior.Traits are mainly acquired from the environment and can be changed over a period of time.

Psychometrics is one such tool. It means Measuring of Minds and is a set of well designed battery of tests/Exercises set to trigger off responses in an individual. It is being used globally as an important tool for final pre selection rounds in top Companies.

The responses are then analyzed for personality traits by experts. Areas of strength are highlighted and areas of improvement which essentially are stumbling blocks to success are noted down. An action plan is handed out to the participant to get over those traits which hold one back from success.
